Following that process, the Unilever Board is in unanimous agreement that Srinivas is the best candidate for the role, due to the strength of his industry and functional experience and having performed strongly as acting CFO.

Extend Names Francois Horikawa as New CFO

Spend management platform Extend Enterprises tapped a former PayPal Holdings executive, Francois Horikawa, to serve as its first CFO. Horikawa is joining the spend management platform after eight years at PayPal, where he recently served as head of finance for its consumer business unit, which includes its peer-to-peer payments services, Venmo, credit and debit cards and small business lending units.

BMO Names Rahul Nalgirkar as New CFO

Rahul Nalgirkar will become BMO’s next CFO. Nalgirkar’s advancement also shows a continued infusion of Fifth Third alums into the C-suites of Canadian banks. Nalgirkar came to BMO in 2022 after spending seven years at the Cincinnati lender.
