Allstate Announces Christian Lown as CFO

The Allstate Corporation announced the appointment of Christian (Chris) Lown as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Lown joins Allstate from CoStar Group, where he served as CFO overseeing finance, investor relations, business development, and facilities. Prior to CoStar, he held CFO positions at Freddie Mac and Navient and spent many years in senior finance and capital markets roles at Morgan Stanley and UBS.
NBCUniversal Appoints Christopher Halpin as CFO

NBCUniversal named outsider Christopher Halpin as its next finance chief as it prepares to separate from Comcast’s cable and broadband business into a standalone public company. Halpin will join the company from People Incorporated, formerly IAC, where he served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
Robin Rossmann Promoted to CFO at CoStar Group

Following Christian Lown’s departure, CoStar Group promoted Robin Rossmann to Chief Financial Officer. Rossmann most recently served as Managing Director for Europe after joining CoStar through its acquisition of STR. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade with Deloitte before moving into hospitality and commercial real estate data leadership.
Kelly Hernandez Named CFO of Guidehouse

Professional services firm, Guidehouse, appointed Kelly Hernandez as Chief Financial Officer as part of a broader expansion of its executive leadership team. Hernandez joins from Clark Construction Group, where she served as CFO. Earlier, she held finance leadership positions at Leidos, including Group CFO and Senior Vice President of Investor Relations.
Ellen Johnson Becomes CFO at Kyndryl

Kyndryl selected Ellen Johnson as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective in early August. Johnson joins after serving as CFO of IPG and brings extensive public company finance experience. She succeeds interim CFO Harsh Chugh, who stepped into the position following leadership changes earlier this year.
Whataburger Announces Ryan Moore as CFO

Whataburger appoints Ryan Moore as chief financial officer. Though he joins Whataburger from MOJO Family of Brands, a multi-brand carwash operator, Moore possesses significant restaurant experience. Moore served as CFO at Torchy’s Tacos from 2018 to 2024, following a decade as a vice president of finance at Taco Bell.
BlueVoyant Appoints Ravi Subramanian as CFO

BlueVoyant appointed Ravi Subramanian as Chief Financial Officer during a broader expansion of its executive leadership team. Subramanian has been instrumental in building the company’s financial foundation since joining BlueVoyant and now assumes responsibility for leading finance during its next phase of growth. Company leadership cited his experience supporting scale and operational excellence as key reasons for the promotion.
Jody Davis Joins Workhorse as CFO

Workhorse appointed Jody Davis as Chief Financial Officer, succeeding retiring CFO Bob Ginnan. Davis brings finance leadership experience spanning manufacturing, aerospace, energy storage, and emerging technology companies. Most recently he served as Vice President of Strategic Finance at Unimacts and previously held CFO positions at Evio and Our Next Energy (ONE).
Alexis Rollier Selected as CFO of PVH

Apparel company, PVH, appointed Alexis Rollier as its next Chief Financial Officer. Rollier joins from Sephora, where he most recently served as Global Chief Financial Officer and Global Chief Operating Officer. Earlier leadership positions included finance roles with Guerlain, Kingfisher, and LVMH.
Klaviyo Announces Erica Smith as New CFO

Klaviyo announced Erica Smith as its new Chief Financial Officer. Smith joins from CyberArk, where she served as CFO after more than a decade with the cybersecurity company. She succeeds Amanda Whalen, who will remain with the organization during the transition.
Adriana Carpenter Appointed CFO at Xactly

Xactly selected Adriana Carpenter as Chief Financial Officer. Carpenter previously served as CFO at Emburse and earlier held senior finance leadership positions at Ping Identity, where she helped guide the company through both an IPO and private equity ownership.
Dirk Burshille Named CFO of BearingPoint

Management and technology consulting firm, BearingPoint, announced Dirk Burshille as its new Chief Financial Officer. Burshille brings significant consulting industry experience, having previously served as CFO for Simon-Kucher and Geometry Global, along with senior financial leadership positions across international organizations.
Emily Wagner Joins ViaQuest as CFO

Healthcare services provider, ViaQuest, appointed Emily Wagner as Chief Financial Officer. Wagner previously spent more than six years at Bon Secours Mercy Health, most recently serving in senior finance leadership positions before joining ViaQuest.
