Morningstar named Michael Holt as chief financial officer. Michael brings expertise in a number of key areas, including company strategy and analysis, as well as deep insight into Morningstar’s operations. In his 15-plus years at Morningstar, he’s built a track record of managing high-performing teams and working across Morningstar to drive results.
Salesforce Names Robin Washington as New President and COFO

Porsche Names Jochen Breckner as New CFO
Porsche announced that Jochen Breckner will be the new chief financial officer in the hopes of reviving flagging performance and a weak share price. Jochen has been with Porsche for 25 years and was the head of corporate development since 2018. He will now oversee finances and IT.
Ford Motor Names Sherry House as New CFO
Ford Motor VP of finance Sherry House will take over as CFO from long-time company veteran and finance chief John Lawler. In her role as VP of finance, House took on responsibility for financial planning and analysis at the company, as well as overseeing the finance departments for business segments including Ford Blue, Ford Pro, and Ford Model e.
Southwest Airlines Names Tom Doxey as New CFO
Southwest Airlines Co. announced that Tom Doxey has been named Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer effective March 10, bringing extensive experience in aviation finance, operations, and strategic transformation.
Lloyd Names Alexandra Cliff as New CFO
Lloyd’s has announced the appointment of Alexandra Cliff as its new chief financial officer (CFO). She brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance sector, having held senior finance positions at companies including Direct Line Group, StarStone and AJ Gallagher.
Lids Names Greg Cox as New CFO
Sports retailer, Lids, has announced the appointment of Greg Cox as the company’s new chief financial officer. He has been with Lids for eight years, has held various accounting and finance leadership roles. In his new position, he will oversee the company’s finance, loss prevention, human resources and information technology departments.
Metro Names Nicolas Amyot as New CFO
Metro Inc. has named Nicolas Amyot as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. Nicolas has nearly 30 years of experience in finance, the last 20 of which were spent at a large Canadian manufacturing company with global operations. Most recently at Metro, he served as VP of finance for the past 11 years.
ServisFirst Bank Names David Sparacio as New CFO
ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares, announced the hiring of David Sparacio as Chief Financial Officer, following an extensive nationwide search by Chartwell Partners. A seasoned financial executive with over three decades of experience in banking and financial management, Sparacio will oversee the Bank’s financial strategy, regulatory reporting, and accounting operations.
GoodRx Names Christopher McGinnis as New CFO
GoodRx has named Christopher McGinnis as chief financial officer. The executive joins GoodRx from midsized pharmacy benefit manager CitizensRx, where he served as CEO for nearly four years.

Genelux Corporation, a late clinical-stage immuno-oncology company, announced that Matthew Pulisic has joined the company as its new Chief Financial Officer. Matthew is an accomplished, senior executive with over 19 years of finance and commercial experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, having worked across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
McKinley Home Names Andrew Gagne as New CFO
McKinley Homes, the No. 120 company on the 2024 Builder 100 list, appointed Andrew Gagne as its new chief financial officer. He most recently served as the CFO of Blue River Development and has previously held the positions of vice president of finance at Davidson Homes and controller/senior financial analyst at PulteGroup. Gagne has also held advisory and assurance roles in the consumer financial market with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
First Farmers Names Jill Giles as New CFO
First Farmers and Merchants Corporation announced that Jill A. Giles was named Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Corporation. Giles will continue as Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. Her additional responsibilities will include Corporate Secretary for the bank and Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Corporation. She joined First Farmers in 2013 as Controller for the Bank.
