Intel Names Lorenzo Flores as New CFO
Intel announced Lorenzo Flores will be serving as CFO for its Intel Foundry unit as part of a shift in the chipmaker’s financial reporting structure. The new model establishes a “relationship between Intel Foundry, the company’s manufacturing organization, and Intel Products, comprised of the company’s product business units.”
Dave & Buster’s Names Darin Harper as New CFO
Dave & Buster’s Entertainment appointed finance veteran Darin Harper to become its new CFO, the restaurant and entertainment chain. Effective June 17, Harper will replace Dave & Buster’s current finance chief, Michael Quartieri, who is retiring. Harper’s long career in corporate finance includes stints at family entertainment brand Main Event Entertainment, which is now owned by Dave & Buster’s; Mexican food chain On The Border; and Chuck E. Cheese’s parent CEC Entertainment.
Texas Roadhouse Names Chris Monroe as New CFO
Texas Roadhouse said it had appointed former Southwest Airlines (LUV) executive Chris Monroe as its new CFO, effective June 28. According to TXRH, Monroe most recently served as senior VP and treasurer at LUV, where he had worked for the past 30 years.
KFC Global Names Alex Barsk as New CFO
KFC Global has named Alex Barsk as its new chief financial officer, reporting directly to Sabir Sami, KFC Global CEO, effective June 1. Barsk will be responsible for leading KFC’s global finance function and ensuring growth and profitability for the business. She will also oversee KFC’s financial planning analysis and strategy functions.
LIV Golf Names David Phillipps as New CFO
