Allianz appointed Claire-Marie Coste-Lepoutre as its next finance chief. Coste-Lepoutre, currently the company’s chief actuary and head of planning and controlling, will take over as CFO on Jan. 1, 2024.
Uber Named Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah as New CFO
Uber has named Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah as its next Chief Financial Officer. He will join the company officially on November 13, 2023, Business Wire reports. Mahendra-Rajah is currently the CFO at a semiconductor company called Analog Devices. He oversaw the company’s financial strategy and planning during a semiconductor industry boom. The seasoned CFO will join Uber amid slow growth for the company.
Pie Insurance Names Audra Foglietta as New CFO
Pie Insurance Group announces it has named Audra Foglietta, formerly Chubb Ltd. executive vice president and chief financial officer of global operations and technology, as its chief financial officer. Ms. Foglietta, who begins her new position in October 2023.
Baxter Names Joel Grade as New CFO
Baxter announces that it appointed Joel Grade as EVP and chief financial officer. Grade joins after more than two decades in financial roles in the food services industry. He succeeds Jay Saccaro, who departed for the same role at GE HealthCare in May. Saccaro spent 21 years at Baxter, with the last eight coming in the CFO capacity.

Apex Fintech Solutions Appoints Chantal Wessels as New CFO
Apex Fintech Solutions has appointed Chantal Wessels as chief financial officer, succeeding Chris Springer, who will transition to strategic finance adviser, after a successful four-year tenure leading the company. Chantal Wessels brings more than 18 years of financial industry experience to the firm, having previously served as division CFO for the Capital Access Platform group at Nasdaq.
Ascot Group Appoints Mark Wilcox as New CFO
Ascot Group has announced the appointment of Mark Wilcox as the new group chief financial officer, a role in which he will report to group CEO and president Jonathan Zaffino. Wilcox is set to assume his responsibilities on Nov. 8. In this role, Wilcox will lead Ascot’s global finance organization and capital strategy. This encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including financial planning and analysis, as well as overseeing tax and treasury functions.
David’s Bridal Names Rob Cooper as New CFO
David’s Bridal is dramatically reshaping its executive suite via internal promotions, including three C-level appointments. Rob Cooper, who joined David’s Bridal in 2006 and brings 25 years’ experience in retail, is taking the CFO title from Charles Lockyer, who has moved on from the organization.

The Giant Company Names Rebecca Lupfer as New CFO
The Giant Company has announced Rebecca Lupfer as chief financial officer. Lupfer has been with The Giant Company for nearly six years, during which she has served as its director of merchandise planning, vice president of center store grocery, and, most recently, vice president of the mid-Atlantic division, where she oversaw retail operations for 100 Giant and Martin’s stores. Prior to joining Giant, Lupfer worked at Ahold Delhaize USA for more than 12 years. As CFO, Lupfer will lead the grocery company’s finance, format, real estate, and strategy departments.
