Ford Names Sherry House as New CFO
Ford Motor Company is preparing for a CFO transition. The automotive giant announced that Sherry House, who most recently was CFO at electric vehicle maker Lucid Motors, is joining Ford as vice president of finance, on June 3. House will succeed current CFO John Lawler in early 2025. She will be the first woman to become CFO of Ford Motor.
Ralph Lauren Names Justin Picicci as New CFO
Ralph Lauren named company veteran Justin Picicci as chief financial officer, succeeding Jane Nielsen, who will remain as operating chief until stepping down next year. The CFO succession takes effect immediately. Picicci, who joined Ralph Lauren in 2006, most recently held the title of enterprise CFO, where he was responsible for financial planning, tax, accounting and other areas.
Instacart Names Emily Reuter as New CFO
Instacart has named Emily Reuter to serve as chief financial officer, succeeding Nick Giovanni, who resigned from the position on May 7. Reuter is a former executive of Uber Technologies, where she served in a variety of positions. She joined Instacart in January as vice president of finance.
Smoothie King Names Gavin Felder as New CFO
Veteran executive Gavin Felder has been appointed chief financial officer of Coppell-based Smoothie King, the world’s largest smoothie brand and the first health and fitness fast casual brand of its kind. Felder will oversee all financial activities, proactively collaborating with senior leaders in various functions on strategies to boost value and ensure the brand’s continued profitability and next phase of growth.
Avalon Names Ann DeGennaro as New CFO
Ann DeGennaro has been named chief financial officer for the borough. DeGennaro replaces James Craft, who is retiring after serving the borough for 26 years in that role. DeGennaro served as assistant comptroller for Avalon for 22 years, working closely with Craft.
CEC Entertainment Names Scott Drake as New CFO
CEC Entertainment LLC, parent to Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Pasqually’s Pizza & Wings, named Scott Drake as EVP, CFO. In this role, Drake will be charged with building a new revenue management strategy and will oversee the company’s finance functions, internal audit, and real-estate development.
Crocs Names Susan Healy as New EVP and CFO
Crocs, a global leader in innovative casual footwear for all, today announced the appointment of Susan Healy as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Crocs Inc., effective June 3. Healy succeeds Anne Mehlman, who was recently appointed President of the Crocs Brand.
Ascension Names Saurabh Tripathi as New CFO
Tripathi assumed the Ascension’s CFO role, according to the St. Louis-based health system. Tripathi most recently served as managing partner of ST Ventures & Investments, which provides seed capital and guidance to early stage startups. Tripathi previously was CFO at Highmark Health and Fresenius Kidney Care and held a senior finance role at GE Healthcare.
EyeCare Partners Names Joel Day as New CFO
EyeCare Partners, a provider of clinically integrated eyecare, has announced that Joel Day has been named executive vice president, finance, and will take the chief financial officer role with the company, effective June 1, 2024. He will have responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation and management of all EyeCare Partners finance activities, including accounting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management (RCM) and procurement.
Diageo Names Nik Jhangiani as New CFO
UK distiller Diageo Plc has hired Nik Jhangiani to be its new chief financial officer, replacing Lavanya Chandrashekar after a period of disappointing performance.
NextEra Partners Names Brian Bolster as New Executive VP and CFO
NextEra Energy announced that Goldman Sachs partner Brian Bolster as its new Executive VP and CFO, succeeding Kirk Crews, who will assume a newly created role of Executive VP and chief risk officer, effective immediately. Bolster joins NextEra from Goldman Sachs following a nearly 25-year career at the firm, where he was head of natural resources in the Americas, becoming a partner in 2012.
