Dollar General Names Donny Lau as New CFO

PBF Energy Names Joseph Marino as New CFO
PBF Energy Inc. announced that Joseph Marino will be promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Marino has been with PBF Energy since 2011 and has served as the company’s Treasurer since 2020. Prior to his current role, he held various finance and accounting positions within the organization, including Assistant Controller from 2015 to 2020.
UnitedHealth Names Wayne DeVeydt as New CFO
UnitedHealth Group said it will replace its finance chief John Rex with an external hire, Wayne DeVeydt, adding to the management changes at the health insurer that has been struggling to control its medical costs. DeVeydt was most recently managing director and operating partner at Bain Capital, and was also the finance chief of UnitedHealth’s rival Elevance, then called Anthem, between 2007 and 2016.
