Apple Names Kevan Parekh as New CFO
Apple announced that Chief Financial Officer Luca Maestri will transition from his role on January 1, 2025. Maestri will continue to lead the Corporate Services teams, including information systems and technology, information security, and real estate and development, reporting to Apple CEO Tim Cook. As part of a planned succession, Kevan Parekh, Apple’s Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, will become Chief Financial Officer and join the executive team.
H&R Block Names Tiffany Mason as New CFO
Kansas City-based H&R Block hired Tiffany Mason, a well-traveled financial services veteran, to serve as its new chief financial officer.
3M Names Anurag Maheshwari as New CFO
3M announced that Anurag Maheshwari is appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He joins 3M with proven experience as a chief financial officer and expertise across financial and business functions, including strategic planning, operations, investor relations, capital deployment, business transformation, and P&L ownership.
Energy Recovery Names Michael Mancini as New CFO

TBC Corporation Names Marilyn Spunar as New CFO
TBC Corporation announced that Marilyn Spunar would be the new chief financial officer. Spunar has almost 30 years of experience in financial, strategic planning, implementation, and revenue analysis. She spent the last 26 years of her career at Carrier Corp., where she held various executive roles.
NBPA Names Cameron Jones as New CFO
The National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) has hired Great Hill Partners alum Cameron Jones as the union’s new chief financial officer. Outside of Great Hill, Jones also worked at Storyblocks, a video creation company and the Spotify-owned Megaphone, an audio and podcasting business.
iRhythm Technologies Names Daniel Wilson as New CFO
iRhythm Technologies announced Daniel Wilson, who currently serves as the company’s executive vice president of corporate development and investor relations, will assume the post of chief financial officer. Wilson has been EVP of corporate development and investor relations since April of 2023. Before that, he was EVP of corporate development, corporate strategy and investor relations. Prior to joining iRhythm, he held positions at healthcare company Penumbra, J.P. Morgan and Piper Jaffray’s Healthcare Investment Banking group, among others.
Driven Brands Names Michael Diamond as New CFO
Driven Brands has announced the appointment of Michael Diamond as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Diamond has extensive financial experience and multi-unit experience. Most recently, he served as the CFO of The Michaels Companies, a scaled multi-unit company.
Spirit Energy Names Nick Harrison as New CFO
Nick Harrison has joined Spirit Energy as its new CFO. He joins the firm with more than three decades of experience working within the energy sector, having previously held positions with Repsol Sinopec, Talisman Energy and Shell. Harrison takes on the CFO position as Spirit Energy transitions its business model, having secured a carbon capture license for the repurposing of its North and South Morecambe gas fields last year.
